No painting or drawing experience is required.
What you’ll learn
How to stretch silk on a frame.
How to apply and combine colours on the fabric.
Techniques and colour effects.
How to translate a simple idea into a scarf composition.
What’s included
One 100% silk scarf with hand-rolled hems.
All paints, tools and equipment for the session.
Practice material to test colours and techniques.
Individual guidance as you work.
Before you arrive
You’re welcome to bring a simple sketch or reference image. Abstract compositions, lines and simple shapes work particularly well. You can also develop your idea during the workshop.
Wear clothing you feel comfortable painting in. Please arrive on time to take part in the introduction and make the most of your painting time.
