When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. All orders are processed within 5 business days.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached and show no signs of wear or damage.

How do I start a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@lmbain.com with your order number and reason for return. Proof of purchase is required.

Which items are eligible?
Only regular-priced items are eligible. Final sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

What happens once I return my item?
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming the status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance, as BAIN is not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
